Smith, Welch, Webb & White, LLC is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant/Paralegal for our Stockbridge office. Ideally the candidate would have a minimum of 4 years experience with drafting correspondence, discovery and pleadings. Personal injury experience would be a plus. Applicants should possess strong administrative and organizational skills; proofreading and excellent typing abilities (70+wpm). A high degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office 2010 Suite, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook is strongly preferred.
