Marc Avidano was born on April 7, 1970 in Bridgewater, New Jersey. He graduated cum laude from the University of Florida in 1992 with a B.A. degree in Political Science. Thereafter, he attended law school at Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida and received his Juris Doctorate in 1996.
Prior to becoming a manager with Smith, Welch, Webb & White, LLC, he worked for the firm of Smith, Welch & Brittain, LLP, from 2006 until May 2011, and had become a partner of Smith, Welch & Brittain, LLP, in 2009. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Avidano had practiced for several years in South Florida. Most recently, he was with the firm of George Hartz in West Palm Beach, where his practice focused primary on civil litigation matters with a concentration in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and tractor trailer litigation. Mr. Avidano currently maintains his license to practice in the State of Florida as well as the United States District Courts in Florida.
Mr. Avidano resides in Peachtree City, Georgia with his wife and two children. His interests outside of work include golf, basketball, traveling and spending time with his family.
