Timothy Haley was born in Griffin, Georgia on August 23, 1982. He was raised in Jackson, Georgia and graduated from Jackson High School in 2000. Mr. Haley then attended the University of Georgia where he graduated with a BSA in 2005. From there, he attended the Mercer University, Walter F. George, School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Haley was a member of the Moot Court Board; a recipient of the CALI Award for Academic Excellence; a recipient of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Advocacy Award; and a recipient of Dean's List honors.
Prior to becoming an associate with Smith, Welch, Webb & White, LLC, Tim worked as an associate for the firm of Smith, Welch & Brittain, LLP, from 2008 until May 2011. Mr. Haley currently works in the litigation department of the Jackson office.
