Casey Crumbley is a native of Kelleytown which is an unincorporated community in Henry County and within the postal limits of McDonough, GA. Casey graduated from Eagles Landing Christian Academy, and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The Citadel where he participated in ROTC and was on the Dean’s List. Casey attended Faulkner University, Thomas Goode Jones School of Law where he received the CALI Award(Best Paper Award) for Torts II, Constitutional Law I, Advanced Legal Research, Smart growth Zoning, and Trial Advocacy Class (Best Advocate) and was on the Dean’s List. Additionally, he was a student editor for the United States Air Force Law Review, Dean’s Scholarship Recipient, Secretary of the Student Bar Association, and President of the Federalist Society. He is also an accredited attorney for the preparation, presentation, and prosecution of claims for Veterans benefits before the Department of Veteran Affairs(VA). Casey earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 2010.
Prior to becoming an associate with Smith, Welch, Webb & White, LLC, Casey worked as a Sales & Marketing Manager for Charleston Marine Containers, Inc. where he sold shipping containers to the Department of Defense, and was a Center Manager for Tire Centers LLC, which is owned by Michelin North America. Additionally, he was an associate for Wigger Law Firm, Inc. in Charleston,SC. He is a member of the State Bars of South Carolina and Georgia and is admitted to practice before the South Carolina Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court District of South Carolina, the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court Northern District of Georgia, and he is a registered mediator with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution. Mr. Crumbley is also First Lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force Reserve where he serves as an Assistant Staff Judge Advocate. He currently works in the litigation department of the Stockbridge office.
Casey was also recognized by The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 under 40, a professional organization composed of the top trial lawyers from each state or regions of certain highly-populated states who are younger than the age of 40. Membership into The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 under 40 is by invitation only and is extended exclusively to those trial lawyers practicing civil plaintiff and/or criminal defense law. Invitees must exemplify superior qualifications, trial results, and leadership as a young lawyer under the age of 40. He is a member of Glen Haven Baptist Church and currently resides in Henry County with his wife and daughter.
