Marc Avidano was born in Bridgewater, New Jersey. He graduated cum laude from the University of Florida in 1992 with degrees in Political Science and Business. Thereafter, he attended law school at Nova Southeastern University in Florida and received his Juris Doctorate in 1996.
Prior to becoming a manager with Smith, Welch, Webb & White, LLC, he worked for the firm of Smith, Welch & Brittain, LLP, from 2006 until May 2011, and had become a partner of Smith, Welch & Brittain, LLP, in 2009. Mr. Avidano also practiced for several years in South Florida where his practice focused primarily on insurance defense litigation with a concentration in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and tractor trailer litigation. Mr. Avidano currently maintains his license to practice law in the State of Florida as well as the United States District Courts in Florida.
Mr. Avidano currently resides in Peachtree City, Georgia with his family.
