Electronic Marketing, Public Relations and Social Media Coordinator

 Salary negotiable based on experience and abilities

The Electronic Marketing, Public Relations and Social Media Coordinator works closely with the Equity Partners to create engaging content for the firm’s electronic and social media presence, including keeping social medial channels and websites updated and brand-focused; seeking out new social media avenues and ways of connecting with current and potential clients; coordinating efforts to market to potential clients both electronically, via social media, and in person; and tracking the success of all marketing efforts.   

 

  • Must be able to keep social media content relevant and current
  • Must coordinate all marketing, website, and social media efforts towards current and potential clients in partnership with the equity partners
  • Must be able to provide measurable results of marketing and social media efforts
  • Must be able to manage the firm’s website and social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
  • Must be able to track the marketing efforts of the firm and provide concrete evidence of what is working and what is not.
  • Engages in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creates dynamic written, graphic, and video content.
  • Creates content that promotes client and potential client interaction, increases traffic to firm websites, and encourages potential clients to hire the firm.
  • Coordinates with staff on large social media projects, events, and community management
  • Must be highly self-motivated.
  • Works with marketing committee members to coordinate social media strategy.
  • Assists Attorneys with blogs.
  • Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content.
  • Uses timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience.
  • Manages and update all firm website content and material.
  • Must be proficient with computer and various operating systems including:
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Internet

 

​Requirements/Education:

 

  • Prior experience as a Social Media Coordinator

  •  

    Marketing or Social Media Marketing Degree Preferred

     

  • Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

 

Paralegal-McDonough Office

Smith, Welch, Webb and White, LLC, currently has an opening for a Paralegal in our McDonough office.  The ideal candidate must have a minimum of three years of general litigation experience as a legal assistant or paralegal.  This position is full-time, benefits eligible position and the hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Requirements: 

-          Ability to draft pleadings, discovery documents, letters and witness affidavits.

-          Must be excellent with time management including adherence to deadlines for litigation,

           depositions, and trial dates.

-          Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

-          Ability to receive and draft responses to all types of inquiries; relay or respond to messages;

           process walk-ins and retrieve files upon requests.

-          Manage client files, obtain investigative information, organize information and prepare demand

           packages.

-          Transcribe correspondence and recorded statements.

-          Must be self-motivated. 

-         Ability to manage and prioritize caseload in accordance to attorney needs. 

-          Must be proficient with computer and various operating systems including:      

 Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

 Internet

-         Can do attitude.

-         Must be able to type a minimum of 65 wpm.

-         Ability to bill paralegal time.

 

Preferable Qualifications:

-          Experience with Lexis and Westlaw

Requirements/Education:

Three years’ experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal

Associate Degree

Paralegal Certificate or Degree Preferred

Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

 

Attorney- McDonough Office

Salary negotiable based on experience and abilities

Qualified applicants shall have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Attorney.  This position requires good writing skills and a willingness to litigate.  Applicants must be a self-starter who possesses strong analytical, negotiation, organizational, interpersonal and communications skills.  Must have a strong sense of urgency about problem solving, meeting challenging deadlines and achieving critical goals.  Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.  Experience with Education Law or Municipalities is preferred.

Qualified applicants must include a writing sample and reference list along with a resume.  

 

Paralegal-Peachtree City Office

Smith, Welch, Webb and White, LLC, currently has an opening for a full-time Paralegal in our Peachtree City office. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience with Personal Injury and must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

 

Requirements: 

- Ability to work effectively with little direct supervision

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work general office equipment

- Schedule meetings

- Must be able to draft letters and other legal correspondence

- Ability to manage and prioritize workload in accordance to office needs

- Must be proficient with computer and various operating systems including:

Microsoft Windows operating systems

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Internet

- Can do attitude

- Must be able to type a minimum of 50 wpm

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

3 years experience as a Paralegal

Preferred experience with Personal Injury

 

Closing Paralegal- Barnesville Office

Qualified applicants will have at least three years’ experience as a Closing Paralegal.  Must also have experience with preparation of title insurance commitments and policies, title clearance, and disbursing and post-closing.  Must pay close attention to detail and be a team player.  Experience with Softpro and Microsoft Word skills preferred.  Position is in the Barnesville Office.
